Risk and insurance management service provider Kane has announced the appointment of Fetooh Al Zayani, former Qatar Financial Centre managing director of insurance and reinsurance, as its senior regional advisor for the Middle East.

In her new role, Al Zayani will provide support to all of Kane’s Middle East operations to develop new and existing client relationships.

“We are absolutely delighted that Fetooh has agreed to join the Kane team,” said Kane CEO Stephen May. “Her experience and knowledge of the region is exceptional and will further enhance our ability to achieve the business goals which we have set.”

Al Zayani has over 30 years of marketing, underwriting and senior management experience in the regional and international insurance and reinsurance industry and was instrumental in the development of the Qatar Finance and Business Academy.

“I am absolutely delighted to be taking on the role of senior regional advisor at Kane,” said Al Zayani. “Kane is now well positioned to offer its extensive risk and insurance management expertise to a wide range of companies. I look forward to playing my part in the growth of Kane.”
