tive Practice has announced the sad loss of Richard Falla, MD of its Guernsey Captive Operations, to cancer on 21 February. His funeral was held in Guernsey on 26 February.

A 20 year veteran of the captive management sector, Falla joined Willis in 1989 as an insurance technician and rose through the ranks to become managing director in January 2008.

He also served a term as chairman of the Guernsey Insurance Company Management Association.
